Steps to prepare!
Which plan should I choose?
We have 4 different types of health screening plans of which you can choose below. Each has their own pros and cons and can depend on what medical conditions you already have and would like to check for. Such plans should at least tell you of your health at this point of time. We also offer additional vaccinations for flu as well as hearing tests for those who are interested.
What happens after I choose a plan?
You will be given an email to confirm which plan that you have chosen as well as any additional things that you have added. We will also follow up with you if needed and to inform you of things as needed
The day before the test
We will need you to be fasted at least 8 hours before doing the test. You can still drink plain water without sugar. For those with hypertension, you can take your medication but those with diabetes should not take the medicine before the test. We will do our best to complete the examination for everyone so that you can have your breakfast or meal.

There are also other additional tests that may be useful to do that are listed here. We have also included an optional flu vaccination if you are interested to get during the screening date.
We are also offering 2 types of hearing test with a basic complimentary hearing screening or executive hearing examination at $25 per person.

Executive Hearing Examination
- 7 Frequencies Tested – 500, 1k , 2k , 3k, 4k, 6k, 8k, (Hz) for both ears.
- All raw data will be included for year on year comparison to detect any hearing deterioration.
- Includes bone test and ear drums check (if necessary)
(to check and inform patients of the condition of the ear drums and to see if hearing loss is due to a ear wax blockage, broken ear drums or ear infection.)
- Includes hearing conservation advice to provide some ways for patients to maintain their hearing levels
